MAGISTRALIS
Our purpose

About us

MAGISTRALIS is a project of ORPHI SpA, Chile.

We are pharmacists with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. MAGISTRALIS is a professional knowledge portal for pharmaceutical compounding, with content that is continually reviewed, updated and expanded.

Knowledge that grows through review

We bring together documented information about preparations, ingredients and their sources to support professional reference. We aim to expand our content, review the evidence and make corrections whenever a fresh assessment is needed.

The records are reference tools within this broader project. MAGISTRALIS extends beyond a downloadable PDF that remains fixed at one version: its purpose is to keep developing alongside knowledge and the needs of professional practice.

A place for professional exchange

We want to bring pharmacists, physicians, veterinarians and other healthcare professionals together around medicines. Connecting those who prescribe, prepare, dispense and administer them creates opportunities to share experience, review sources, raise questions and discuss the decisions involved in their use.

Building this dialogue across disciplines is part of our vision. Every new reference, review and conversation can help us develop a more useful resource for professional practice.

Medicines in the service of health

Our vision treats medicines as goods that serve the public interest and health, with a value that goes beyond that of consumer products. That value is connected to the people who need them and the professional responsibility of those who work with them.

This commitment guides the growth of MAGISTRALIS: providing context for information and encouraging its review and discussion through professional judgment.

A portal that continues to develop

MAGISTRALIS provides reference content in Spanish and English and continues to expand and review it. Each record shows its review status: growth of the catalog does not, by itself, mean that every preparation has been professionally validated.

We invite you to explore the portal and share questions, observations and suggestions that can contribute to its development.
